| Mike Bass, President |

As President of the Board of Directors, Mr. Bass' primary goal is to ensure that all patient's needs are met and that all patients have access to the services provided by PMC. Mr. Bass has been on the Board for ten years representing the Hugo area, which is also where he has at The First National Bank of Hugo for thirty two years; fifteen of them as the President. With his financial and management background, he looks to ensure that Plains Medical Center remains a viable and vibrant health care center for all the communities we serve.

| Vicki Moore, Vice President |

As Vice President of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Moore represents Matheson, Simla, Kiowa, and their surrounding areas. Mrs. Moore is a highly-educated and very detail oriented professional. Political science and law are her strong points, therefore she brings extensive legal and financial knowledge with her to the Board. She joined three years ago because she felt that it is important to serve the community through volunteer service, and health care is an especially fulfilling industry to work in. Continuity of service among board members is necessary and also a big reason why she continues to serve today.

| Everett Churchwell, Treasurer |

As the Treasurer of the Board of Directors, Mr. Churchwell is proud to represent the retired, over sixty, middle class, Vietnam Vet demographic group in Lincoln county. He joined the Board twelve years ago in order to give back and to serve as a voice for those in the community. He retired as the Operations Manager of Rural Electric Co-op after thirty eight years, served eight years on the Simla Town Council, as well as twelve and a half years on the Limon School Board. Health care is of the utmost importance for the people of rural communities and he intends to assure every person is able to receive the care they deserve, regardless of ability to pay.

| Randy Fagerlund, Secretary |

As Secretary of the Board of Directors, Mr. Fagerlund represent citizens of the Flagler area. Mr. Fagerlund has been a member of the Board since PMC opened the clinic in Flagler in 1996. Randy joined the Board in order to ensure the citizens of the Flagler area had a voice for health care in their community and continue to serve for the same reason. He brings to the Board twenty four years of service on the Flagler City Council, twelve of which were served as Mayor, and twenty eight years of management experience.
