As a federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Plains Medical Center provides vital primary care to more than 10,000 residents in the Eastern Colorado Plains and serves as the health care safety net across five counties.
Our services are patient-centered and emphasize quality of care. Plains Medical Center is staffed by a combination of clinical, enabling, and administrative personnel. The clinical staff consists of a mixture of primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, behavioral health specialists, social workers, dentists, hygienists, and other trained health professionals.
Led by a board of directors with majority consumer membership, PMC is focused on meeting the basic health care needs of their indiviudal communities. Plains Medical Center maintains an open-door policy, providing treatment regardless of an individual's insurance coverage or income. | |
